Gratitude

We grumble about long stoplights, difficult neighbors, the weather, our jobs, family members, or household chores.  Instead of thanking God for our blessings, we approach life with resignation rather than anticipation and gratefulness.  But what if we adjusted our attitude?  We might just be happy!  God's Word motivates us to discover and maintain a thankful spirit.  Try it!  Seize an attitude of gratitude.

Singing a song of thanksgiving and telling of all your wonders.  Psalm 26:7

Blessed be the Lord, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised; there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.  1 Kings 8:56

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.  1 Thessalonians 5:18

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His lovingkindness is everlasting.  Psalm 136:1

"Simple gratitude helps us
experience God
at work in every moment
of every day."
